Connection or authorization problems
Start with the connection guide. Use the Whop account that owns your Studio purchase. Your ChatGPT or Claude email can differ. Start a fresh connection after an expired authorization attempt. If you reach the three-connection limit, revoke an unused connection in Account & activity.
Paid but access is inactive
Check the Whop email shown in Account & activity against the purchasing account and confirm the Studio membership is active. PrimeSync Project memberships do not activate Studio. If access still fails, send your purchase email or order ID and the error shown. Do not purchase again to resolve a verification error.
Usage and top-ups
Review your usage balance and what counts as a job. Include the tool name, approximate time and any request reference if a count looks wrong. A checkout return alone does not confirm payment; purchased jobs appear after verified payment. Website questions and Studio analysis jobs have separate balances.
Billing, cancellation and refunds
Manage your subscription in Whop using the account used at checkout. For a charge or refund question, include the order reference and see Studio terms. Never send payment-card details.
What to include
Tell us whether you used the website, Whop, ChatGPT or Claude; describe the steps, expected result and actual error; include the approximate date, time and timezone. A redacted screenshot can help. Remove passwords, authorization codes, tokens, API keys and proprietary strategy details that are not needed to explain the issue.
Privacy and security requests
Use the same support email for data access, correction, deletion or a security report. See the support privacy notice and security details. Revoking a connection stops its access; optional saved memory can be managed separately in your account.
